- This automatic pneumatic laminator features 63in/1600mm soft rubber rollers, with roller Dia of 5.12in (130mm), Max. 10m/min laminating speed and Max 1.38in laminating thickness.
- This laminator need to connect to 8L air compressor, with pneumatic lifting control handle enables manual adjustment of the rubber roller to move up and down. The air compressor not included.
- Featuring with microcomputer control panel, users can freely select laminating functions, cold Laminating or hot Laminating, adjustable temperature Max 60℃, manual mode and auto mode, forward/backward of roller running, adjust speed,ect. Set parameters as needed and monitor laminating status clearly.
- Designed with film support rods to handle both lined and liner-free films. The large-diameter aluminum alloy stripping rod reduces vibration during laminating.
- Four cutting devices can be flexibly installed on the supporting rod to efficiently remove white edges from prints and precisely cut them into sections as required. Lamination and cutting processes can be performed at the same time to enhance efficiency.
- The emergency switch can be used to immediately stop the machine in emergency, can be easily pressed and rotated, effectively protect the personal safety and provides safety guarantee for operators.
